Benfits:

Amla: contain chromium which enhances the body’s response mechanism to insulin and hence help in regulating the blood glucose levels.

 Neem: helps in reducing the glucose levels in the blood. It also has strong antibacterial properties.

Jamun: Jamun seeds also help in increasing the production of insulin.

 Inder Jau:. Due to its bitter taste, it is known to have very strong effect in reducing blood sugar and hence controlling diabetes.

 Methika churna:  improves cardiovascular health by controlling cardiovascular and reducing cholesterol, controls diabetes, relieves acidity, indigestion and constipation, and improves lactation.
