Cancellation & Refund Policy

PAYMENTS

While to checkout (place the order), you will be required to provide us with a few personal details, including the phone number and/or email id, along with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
We accept payment by credit cards, Visa, Master.
By clicking on the ‘place order’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions appearing anywhere on the Zyropathy.com site.
Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling – INDIA – +91-991-000-9031 Or email us at: info@zyropathy.com. Request for cancellation of order can be made up to 10 AM the following day. In case the order is dispatched prior to cancellation information received the courier charges levied will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made electronically via the same payment gateway that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order.
It might take up to 15 working days for the refund payment to be credited back into the customer’s account (bank or credit card or debit card account) from the day of cancellation.
Our Refund policy is applicable for the below cases –
Product Not Delivered.
Late Delivery of Product, i.e., wrong date as we do not guarantee specific time for delivery.
