BLEEDING GUMS “Periodontitis, Gingivitis”

A frequent problem known as gingivitis or periodontitis causes swelling of the gums and of the bone supporting the teeth. If this continues it can cause what is called “Pyorrhea” which is characterized by strong inflammation and pus, resulting in tooth loss.Symptoms: Pain and discomfort of the gums, Food and discomfort of the gum, loss of teeth and white bleeding gums.Causes: Food and bacteria caught between gums and teeth, smoking, breathing through the mouth and lack of oral hygiene.

Suggestion:Use “Glister Toothpaste”, it can provide relief in most of the dental problems including enamel protection, tooth decay, cavity, removal of plaque etc. Regular use of the toothpaste will provide complete dental care. However, the B-Complex, Vitamin-C and Vitamin-E with Selenium  can provide the required relief in the case of inflammation of the gums. In addition gargle with lukewarm water mixed with a pinch of alum/salt.

Note: In addition use good soft toothbrush. It is a good idea to rinse the mouth with alum water, keeping the liquid in the mouth for half a minute. In case of uncontrolled bleeding consult your Dentist.
